This has become a favorite restaurant for fast casual in the West Cobb area. I like the buffalo tenders and the buffalo chicken sandwich.The service is always friendly and there’s very little wait time after you place the order.They are quick to come to your table and clean if needed.And Chris and Jen are superb at managing and running Otter’s. Although it’s not a Taco Mac, they have reasonable prices on cold beers and wings and plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sports show.I like the fact that they support the local high school and have a athlete of the week posted in their store. If you haven’t tried Otter’s make it a priority and go visit. It’s at the west side of the Avenues of West Cobb.

The Best Chicken Salad Ever!. While waiting for my glasses to be made, I was told about this place, WOW, this was the best chicken salad ever, I really wanted the recipe. The service was great too. I am a great fan of salads due to my health issue, so in comparability to other places, they get my vote. The environment was relaxing and family oriented.
Fantastic!. This is a great joint. Best chicken around and outstanding sports atmosphere. They recognize a Player of the Week from six high schools. We love it!!!!
Not worth it. I paid over 7 bucks for the chicken salad. It appeared to be 1 cut up piece of chicken tender, a cucumber, 3 carrots, some diced tomatoes and iceberg lettuce. My kids got the chicken basket and the chicken tasted frozen and was chewy. Even the french fries were tasteless. The didn’t look anything like the photos in the magazine. A real disappointment. We won’t be back.
Great food, great atmosphere. Otter’s is a great alternative to other chicken restaurants in the area. While it is often compared to Zaxby’s, Otter’s food is of a higher quality. Their sauces are made from scratch in the restaurant. The Otter’s tangy creole sauce is a must-try. They also have tons of televisions always showing whatever sporting event happens to be on. There is a Playstation 3 set up in the back of the restaurant for the kids to play while the parents enjoy the $8 beer pitcher specials offered during Braves and Falcons games. Otter’s owner is also a huge supporter of local high school sports and offers specials to the athletes of the week. A cross between the sports focus of Taco Mac and the chicken-based menu of Zaxby’s, Otter’s is the best of both worlds.
