The 2.8 current rating on the main page is baffling…PLP makes excellent pizza and uses high quality ingredients. The crust is absolutely outstanding. Salads and subs are excellent as well. There are a lot of innovative items on the menu, too. Some may say that they are expensive, and compared to the Pizza Huts and Dominos of the world, they are. But, they are locally owned and taste sooo much better than the national chains. I am a firm believer that you get what u pay for in the world of pizza. Another menu highlight is the cinnastix dessert; it is addicting. PLP also offers pretty good specials for the person looking for a deal. We stopped ordering from the national chains yrs ago, and PLP is one of our staples.
This is excellent pizza, and they offer whimsical and creative specialty pies, silid salads, and tasty desserts. as with anything, u get what u pay for. with that said, though, i would say they are a tad bit overpriced and very stingy on coupons. but, we keep going back. definitely worth trying for someone tired of the main chains.
