What would I like to say about Park Cafe? Dissapointing..We have tried twice and thats enough. No liquor, just beer and wine. Am I at a wedding? No champagne by the glass. Wouldn’t mind a little bubbly while looking over the menu. Wait times are excessive for each course. 20 to 25 minutes for starters and 30 minutes later were served entrees. Many items at our table were cold or overcooked.I think the back of the house is overwhelmed. The dining rooms were only at roughly 50% occupancy. Food that is priced at $18 to $25 can’t be hit or miss as other reviewers have mentioned. This is not upscale as suggested. Concept reminded me of Empire State South. Just go to Empire State South for a more refined southern meal.

Incredible. I took my wife to Park Cafe for our anniversary last night. We had planned on going to Ruth’s Chris in Sandy Springs but after reading the reviews decided on Park Cafe instead. The meal was incredible from start to finish. From the hot bread with honey butter to the perfectly chilled Caesar salad, with just the right amount of dressing and croutons, to the spicy she crab bisque, to the grilled lamb and pomme fries. Everything we tried was wonderful! This is one of the best meals, start to finish that I’ve ever had, and it’s right in Duluth. We will definitely return.
Gem. Food is exceptionally good (tried the salmon and the tilapia.) The fried green tomatoes are good, but probably too much balsamic. Service good, and the ambiance just right for the architecture. Small rooms make it a good date spot.
They Get It.. Friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic staff. Simple, well done menu. Great atmosphere. The presentation, portion size and preparation are all top notch for OTP restaurants. Can be pricey, but you never mind spending more on a meal and service like this.
