Large conference here and in house restaurant short staffed. Charged a 21% fixed gratuity for a large group of 11. Did not get decent service at all. Get better service at a Golden Corral. $22 for a meager buffet and not offering the regular menu. Do not eat here. Talking to manager early on our experience when issues started right away did not help.
