ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. The spaghetti carbonara is the best I ever had – creamy with just enough pancetta and onion to break the richness. This is a must have!!! If you are looking for a comfort food, this is it!!! The atmosphere was very quaint and calm. Our wait person was perfect – very attentive but not overbearing. This dish belongs on the Food Network show The Best Thing I Ever Ate! Then we shared a piece of coconut cake!!! It was amazing – moist and light with pieces of coconut throughout. The frosting was not too sweet – just perfect!!!!

Really enjoyed dinner, had chicken Marsala with side of pasta, both had great flavor. Also had calamari which was very good. Nice atmosphere and reasonable wine list. Would recommend!

No Good. This place was awful! My husband and I heard about a budding eatery in Dunwoody so we booked a reservation and were excited to see how it was. However upon arrival despite making a reservation we were made to wait over a HOUR for a table. The place so so packed it was miserable with constantly bumping elbows and the peoples chairs behind us there was NO room in the place to walk much less enjoy dinner. Next was the food issue; I had the displeasure of odering the pear salad that had only 1 pear slice in it followed by an unappealing serving of black and white pasta. The noodles were bland and although the menu claimed it had seafood I maybe scrounged up 10 (mostly chewy calamari) pieces. My husband had the rack of lamb which was ok but the potatoes were bland and the veggies over cooked. The wait staff was pleasent and knowledgable, they are the only good thing about this place. Aslo not kid friendly. I do not plan on returning.

Tasty Italian on Atlanta’s north side. First visit to this relatively new Italian restaurant in the heart of Dunwoody and was not disappointed. For a busy Friday night, lots to praise and nothing to complain about.Service was attentive and the food, beginning with the fried calamari app was wonderful. Our foursome all had different pasta dishes—including the signature spaghetti carbonara—all perfectly cooked and quite tasty. We will definitely be coming back for seconds and more!

What a find!. A friend of mine recommended I try Carbonara, and I’m glad I took her advice. The food was scrumptious. I had the mozarella app and the penne pasta with bolognese gravy…simply delicious! The ambience and service was very good as well. I will definitely go back to Carbonara for business and for pleasure.

Great Neighborhood Gem!. We dined at Carbonara on Saturday evening. Lked the tasteful atmosphere and it was not too noisy. They were busy and service was friendlywith the owner out checking on all the tables. The prices for wine were excellent and we tried the pino and malbec by the glass for $6 each. The lasagna was very good – not fussy and fancy, but down to eath good. The veal parm was tender and not overbreaded – perhaps a little to generous on the cheese on top. The pasta side dish was al dente and sauced appropriately. We finished with tiramisu which was light and flavorful. Will definitely go back to try other offerings. This restaurant will continue to refine its service and food over time.

Great Evening. My friend and I tried this new eatery last night. from the outside looking in, it looked inviting. Dark, cozy atmosphere and appealing lighting. Very romantic. Excellent redo of the previous space. Noise level very acceptable. Prompt and highly energetic server. good descriptions of various dishes. Interesting and varied menu selections. the owner presented our selections and was friendly and welcoming. My friend chose the osso bucco with Parmesan risotto and loved it. she was surprised that she ate the whole thing. I chose the veal parmigiana with a Marsala sauce over pasta. Delicious and a very generous portion of perfectly prepared veal. food was served HOT. Surprisingly we had to ask for bread for the table. Very affordable wine by the glass. Wait staff attentive but not intrusive. Overall a very pleasing experience. I am most happy to have a really good Italian restaurant in the village. will definitely return to explore other menu choices. Highly recommend. this will be a favorite of the locals.
