Great food and great fun!. I’ve been coming here since it opened. The food is great – the ahi tuna app and the funnel cake fries are my fave! The staff has always been super friendly and attentive (Bartender Carissa is always smiling!). As an avid football fan, possibly the best thing is that there are PLENTY of TVs and all the games are shown. They even label which games are on which TVs so you know exactly where to find your game. Super helpful! All-in-all I don’t have a negative thing to say about this place. I highly recommend it!

Mixed results. The food is not bad, don’t get a mixed drink here, they keep the mixes under the beer taps and it all tastes like beer.

Good to watch a game and drink beer. Not so good to sit down and eat.

Terrible Place. Please read fully before decided to choose this restaurant! You may also be a victim.Fortunately for the Firebird Rotisserie and Sports Bar, and the GM (whose name is on the restaurants website), I am unable to give a negative rating. The service was the worst service I have ever received in my life! I have worked in restaurants all throughout high school and college. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality, and I have been a manager in a hotel or restaurant for the past five years since then. With that in mind, I am not saying I have the best eye when it comes to service, but I am pretty sharp. Service:I just moved to Atlanta and I do not have cable set up yet in my apartment. The Firebird Sports Bar is very close, so my Fianc and I went over there to hang out. Although I encountered many problems throughout my visit, I do not want to waste any ones time. Let me just say that I was at the Firebird to watch the NFL Conference Championship games (both of them) and I neither received anything I ordered on time or accurate. My waitress was not very attentive and I had to search for her each time I wanted something. Each time, she was at the server station on her cell phone texting. After 6 hours of this, I became a bit upset and asked for my bill. When she came back with my bill, I gave her my card and she authorized it. I then asked to speak with management.Manager #1:The first manager came out and immediately offered me a $20 discount on my next visit. He did not ask me if I had a problem or not first. $20 off may seem like a fair resolution for someone with half the amount of problems that I encountered or that planned on returning. I declined his offer and asked if there was something that he could do about my current visit. He said that he will be right back.Manager #2:The second manager, who was the GM, had a whole different approach. This man came to my table, put his fist down, and said that I needed to pay my bill and leave or he was going to call the police! It is his job to listen to guests, hear out there concerns and find resolutions. I was doing him a favor by telling him all of the problems I encountered. When I tried to explain to him of my service he then signaled the bartender to call the police. I then told him that I was not doing anything wrong and I had a bad experience with my service. He then looked at the server and asked her very threatening if she was going to pay my bill because of her service. She then said, well I didn’t do my best. I then spoke up and said that I didn’t think that was right that she should pay my bill. The GM said then this bill must be paid. The GM didn’t care about me, nor did he care about his employee, and obviously he did not care about any of the other customers in the restaurant. I have been thinking this whole week that I caused the biggest scene of my life at this restaurant, but after some time to ponder what happened, it wasn’t me causing the scene, it was the GM. I’m certain that everyone in the restaurant could hear us going back and forth. After about ten minutes of getting nowhere with the GM, I decided to leave. At this point I had had enough and just wanted to go home. When I tried to walk out the GM got in my way and told me I couldn’t leave. He literally stood in my way and put his hand on my chest and held me back from leaving. I told him very sternly that I was leaving and he needed to get out of my way. He remained in my way and said that I was not allowed to leave until my bill was paid for. I then told him that I had already paid my bill prior to him arriving and that he needed to step to the side so that I could leave. He then looked over at the waitress who confirmed it. I then left the restaurant.Police:When I was finally allowed to leave the police had already arrived. I took two steps outside and they asked me to come speak with them. I was asked if I had a problem tonight with this restaurant. I then told them yes I did. I had a bad experience with my service, asked to speak to management who told me I needed to pay my bill or else and leave. I told the police that I have paid my bill and I am very upset by this and all I want to do is go home and go to bed. They listened to my problems, asked me if I was okay to go home. They then let me leave. The police acted with more hospitality than the GM did!Overview:I used to manage a restaurant and I appreciate when guests speak up about their service. In my mind, you cannot fix problems that you do not know exist. In trying to speak up about my service at the Firebird, I was almost arrested. I have been living in Atlanta for less than a week and already almost spent a night in jail. I am very thankful that the police approached my problems with an open mind and did not immediately assume I did something wrong like the GM did. I hope this review helps you with your choice of dining options.

Good food, good prices, good atmosphere. Visited the Firebird on a Tuesday for the quiz. Impressed with the cleanliness and smart appearance of the place. TVs everywhere so you won’t miss the action.Liked the wide choice of food on the menu, and impressed with the quality of feed too. Well priced, and they always have drink specials too.We enjoyed it as it is not smoky and was overall a good experience. It will be our weekly quiz night hangout.

Great experience and food!. I went to Firebird last week with a group of girlfriends and we had a great time! It happened to be lady’s night (Thursday) so we were excited to have 1/2 price apps and cheap drinks. We shared a bunch of different things and everything was delicious My favorites are the Ranch wings (Amazing!), Honey Hot wings and the Club sandwich. It was made with hot rotisserie chicken and two cheeses. It may sound silly, but we all agreed it was the best Club we have ever had. After seeing the huge projector tv by the firepalce outside and the happy hour specials, we decided it is our football spot for the season!

Best Rotisserie in Atlanta. You can go there to enjoy a game on their hi-def tv’s that cover the bar… The patio is romantic with a fireplace and stone finish…. and the dining room is perfect for a family dinner. I found my new favorite ANYTIME restaurant in Dunwoody.
