WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!. I ordered m son’s birthday cake from here paid $75 for a 2:30 pick-up for 4:00 party start time. The cake was not ready along with at least 5 other people waiting on orders that were due as early as 12 noon. I finally got m son’s cake at 6:00 his party was over, so he had no cake. The staff just lied all day about the order it was always almost finished. They said they would deliver it to me by 4:00 didn’t happen and they kept lying about it. I had to go back at 5:30 and still wait on the cake, and watch them argue with another customer about her not being ready and what time she said she would be back to pick-up her cake. If you don’t plan on making run to Publix to buy another last minute cake DON’T GO THERE!!!!!!!!

Blah!. I’m not sure what all the hype is about. I bought my daughter’s $85 birthday cake from here and the kids wouldn’t even eat it! I would have preferred a publix cake! On top of that they were behind schedule and 2 hours late on my cake order. I expected it to be nothing short of amazing but, my party guest nor myself had anything positive to say about the cake. I do not recommend cake cafe and will not be returning!
WORST SERVICE. Staff is despicable characters. Not sure what their problem is, but definitely felt like I was being discriminated against. They were rude, unaccommodating, loud, nasty and crass. Not at all professional or the least bit concerned with my issue of waiting for over an hour for a 24-piece cupcake order that was promised to be ready at noon. Instead only concerned about a wedding order. Their lack of planning, should not be my problem or the other woman’s problem that waited for nearly 2 hours for her order. A simple replacement for product already prepared would have solved a whole rash of trouble, but instead they advised you said they could not do that. I kind of hope they were lying to me — to think a business owner would deny a simple resolution to a customer service request.
Amazing. The customer service is amazing!!The food is wonderful!!IMy friend took me and on the way there he made it sound 2 good 2 b true but everything was wonderful.If you havent tried it you need 2.
The Desserts…… I’ve tried everything they had to offer and when I tell you I was blown away by it, OMG! From the gourmet popcorn to the brownies n peach cobblers…..yummmmmy! When you have time you should stop by and try somethin. The staff is wonderful, they make you feel so good and they wait on you hand n foot. Now you can’t beat that!!!!!
