My new Jamaican restaurant!. I’ve driven past this spot many times and finally decided to go it. The stew oxtail a were so good I almost hid them from my husband. I am particular about Jamaican food and I don’t eat just anyone’s. the curry and jerk chicken was also great…coco bread was tasty moist and warm. U HAVE to try this spot!!!!
Disappointed. I called around 11am on a Fri to inquire if they had oxtail. I was told they would be making some, I gave them time and arrived at 3pm still no oxtail. I ordered the jerk chicken. and 2 beef patties. The chicken pieces provided were chicken backs and the plate was $ 8 and they masquaraded that it was a large, and clearly it was a small. The beef patties were dry and hard and both items were not seasoned properly! this was the worst $12.81 I have ever spent. They had no Air Conditioning, I really wonder how long they expect to be in business. Other than the cute carribbean girl behind the register this is clearly a thumbs down place. What caribbean restaurant does not stay well stocked with oxtails in the middle of the day????? I should have followed my first instinct that the quality of the paper sign tied onto a ragedy dodge durango in the entrance of the parking lot as an indication of what could be expected dining her! Clearly no All Island Cafe on memorial dr, dont waste your time or money people on this place.
