One of the best dive bars left in Atlanta. Let me first say what the Yacht Club isn’t. It isn’t a gastro-pub. It doesn’t have servers wearing preppy uniforms. And it certainly doesn’t have a cheese plate. And that is good. Because the Yacht club isn’t that type of bar.If you want a bar where you can talk with a bunch of friends, or meet people, then this is it. If you want a place with a good bottle beer selection and a decent draft selection, this is it. And if you want to find a place that can serve up everything from a good burger to a vegetable blue plate special, then look no further.

The food portions were huge, but the food was bland and there was no sugar in the sweet tea. Also, when we inquired about dessert, there were two choices and the server told us they only had two left. The service was a huge turn off. We barley saw our server and they kept changing who our server was.
Outstanding BBQ!. The pulled pork with coleslaw is awesome.
