I feel immediately more hip when I’ve had breakfast at the Gato Bizco Cafe. Maybe it’s the sweet potato pancakes or just the gourmet coffee served hot and fresh. But you don’t need sleeve tattooes or a scruffy beard. Just bring your appetite.
