Radial I want to really like you because you have some solid courses but your service is some of the worst that I have come across in this landscape. Great vegan selection and also plenty of offers for meat eaters. The cinnamon buns lure you in from blocks away and have the taste to match but will you get one in a timely manner, who the hell knows? Working in the restaurant industry this is not acceptable at all.
Vegan paradise!!! Great service!
My wife and I had dinner and we found every course delicious. We had the opportunity to talk to three of the staff and all were passionate about their food, drinks, and service and each made excellent recommendations. If you enjoy great fresh delicious food at very reasonable prices you should visit Radial.
Radial Needs to Keep Turning…Into Something Better. Tried breakfast here after seeing lots of good reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The place has a nice vibe and felt a little fun and funky. And it is certainly nice that they promote a green philosophy. After that it was downhill. I ordered Moms French Toast. The menu billed it as thick-sliced Challah bread. It was Challah bread but it wasnt cooked enough with no crispy texture and a good portion of it was actually completely soggy and quite unpleasant. I also had the House Grits which were watery and thin and with little flavor. It took a lot of salt and pepper and vegetable margarine to give it any flavor.I would have mentioned the problem with the French toast to the server if she had ever bothered to ask or even stop by the table any time before I was practically finished. She did stop by late in my meal with one coffee refillafter my cup sat empty at the edge of the table for 10-15 minutes.Maybe it was a new cook and maybe the server was having a bad day. So my wife and a friend went there the next week. My wife had the fish & grits special. Grits were still tasteless and watery and the fish was OK. The friend had the buckwheat pancakes which she declared were good. They brought me home a cinnamon roll which was leaden and not very tasty. Darn, I love cinnamon rolls.I thought it only fair to send an email about my concerns to the restaurant. As a fellow business owner who serves the public, I like to know about problems that any of my customers might have encountered. I never got a reply. That shows that they really dont care much about the customer. After two tries, there have been many more misses than hits. Well be breakfasting elsewhere.
I forgot to mention that you should sit in Bradley’s section! He’s amazing!!18 Jul, 2013Seriously delicious food and you get a Ton for your money! The mojitos and margaritas are also winners! We enjoyed the johnnycakes as an app and the beef brisket and fried chicken. The corn souffl was also delicious!! Go to radial today!
Traveling to Atlanta from Oklahoma. The service was fantastic! The food delicious!!!! Wish this cafe was down the street from my house, I’d never cook again. Our track star server was fantastic!!!
Had the chicken salad and fruit for lunch. Fabulous, loved the atmosphere and the service was wonderful.
