Where’s the seasoning?. I really wanted to like this place, but the food is just not up to par. The calamari we ordered was ok and the carbonara was boring and under-seasoned. The kale salad, however, was excellent! The most dismal of our entrees was the vegetarian dish (quinoa-based). There was absolutely no seasoning, so we had to ask for salt. I overheard another table order the same dish (wish I could have warned them), and they too were asking for salt immediately upon receiving their food. Most annoyingly, there is no salt and pepper on the table to begin with as if the Chef thinks it won’t be needed. Perhaps he/she should taste the food before it leaves the kitchen. The served seemed perplexed when we mentioned how much we disliked the dish. No one from the kitchen visited us, so I suppose they just didn’t really care. I doubt I will go back, but if I do, I’m sticking to the kale and cocktails only…and then getting an entree somewhere else.

Best Brunch. R&D have a very wonderful dinning atmosphere , we love there Sunday brunch. The menu is unique and the drinks are superb! It’s a great change from your standard dinning experience. If you want a fun and friendly outing with your friends, family, colleagues, then give it a whirl. We have enjoyed ourselves there multiple times.

A-typical pretentious menu with a wine list to match.
