I only come for the beer, and have been here a few times. I love it here. I love the set up, the ambiance, and the beer. It was my place I would show out of towers that were visiting for the first time. In a cool area of town as well, with alot going on all the time.

I have found Nirvana when it come to Beer and excellent creative dishes. Think about this. A 22 page DOUBLE SIDED listing of Beers and an 11 page listing also double-sided for whiskies etc. so much beer so little time as is said. The menu selections are esquire and innovative. Most all items are prepared and made in the premise and none of what we ordered was rated below a 4 out of 5 ratingTried the appetizer of Pretzel with a beer cheese sauce ( they make their own cheese and we consumed it heartily almost fighting for the last ounce ordered the maple veal entree and was simply blown away with its taste and quality of preparation. The Korean Rib BBQ sandwich with kimchi also was devoured the Beef Stroganoff was excellent and the homemade carrot cake we ordered and extra portion. Service was quite attentive and focused. The restaurant is not your usual type and more in line with a wooden table neighborhood bar ambiance located in a almost a Haight-Ashbury like neighborhood.
