  No customer service. I was referred to this place by a coworker. The wings had great flavor but they weren’t done. Told the waitress that they needed to be fried again. The owners refused to do that but rather not charge for the meal. I mean all I wanted were the wings to be cooked properly. Never again will I visit this place again

  Phenomenal wings!!!. I have been coming here for 15 years. This is a no frills down to business place for those who like good old-fashioned hot wings and beer. If you like those girly wing places with an assortment of flavors then it’s not the place for you. They have one hit wing sauce that is the best sauce anywhere (I seriously think they put crack in it). If you want them hotter, they just add more sauce. I will say that about 2 or 3 years ago, they started skimping on their sauce (probably because it has crack in it) and the wings do come out too dry for my taste. However, I just order an extra side if sauce and pour it on and all is right in the world again! We live all the way up in Cumming now and drive all the way over there for lunch on Saturdays (45 minute drive), if that’s any indication of how good these freaking wings are!Enjoy!!

  Horrible Service!!!. Today I had the worst customer service experience ever. Although I have come to this establishment for lunch numerous times, I was treated as if they could have cared less about my business. It was somewhat busy and I came in alone. I noticed a few groups were seated very close to my arrival time. The server never acknowledged me as more attention was paid to the groups of men. I went to the counter and placed my small order of an 8 pcs wing lunch special expressing my limited time for my lunch break. Magically everyone else’s much larger orders came out ahead of mine so I told the server that I felt like the forgotten customer. She then said to me with a disdainful attitude that she told the woman who took my order that I was going to have to wait longer than usual because they were busy. That let me know that she deliberately had my order put in after all the others because she was not even done taking them all when I was at the counter placing mine. To me that was downright nasty considering how small my order was compared to the large groups she was assisting. I will not return to this place again.

  Absolutely not again. Ever. The wings were dry, small and not very spicy. The fried mushroom batter was not fully cooked. The salad was just warm lettuce with half a slice of American cheese. The spaghetti was Classic school lunch room reheated.
