Good farm to table type of restaurant. Its close to my house so Ive had almost everything on the menu. Everything is pretty good depending on what you are in the mood for. I would recommend going Thur nights since they have good specials. Only thing I would not get would be the charred brussel sprouts and meatloaf is a little heavy. Cocktail Alabama Christmas is the drink of choice…strong but good!

Loved the atmosphere of this spot. And the food was good. Wasn’t over the top, and the portion sizes were good. Loved that they didn’t have an eight page menu! Probably, the best fried okra I’ve ever had. Super light crispy batter.

Stopped in for Sunday brunch. Excellent food and service. Just remember no Mimosa’s on Sunday before 12:30pm. Wish the were open earlier for breakfast. Will definitely be back.

Just stumbled across the Chicken and the Egg for brunch and was pleasantly surprised! Food was really good (the breakfast poutine and the chicken biscuit is a Must Try!), they have $5 bloody Mary’s and $10 bottomless mimosas during brunch, a pretty nice looking cocktail, wine and beer selection and a Thursday night dinner special two for $25. Will definitely have to go back to try out the dinner menu.

What a hidden gem! Our group enjoyed a great meal with excellent service. I loved the fried green tomatoes, and the fried chicken was a hit with many in our party. Highly recommend!

Great brunch spot! We ordered the eggs Benedict, they have a few different styles, and both were outstanding! It is definitely a popular spot for brunch, so you may have to wait. We were able to snag a spot at the bar which is perfect for us anyway. We will definitely be back soon!!

Awesome food!. A co-worker and I have eaten there many many times over the last few weeks and love it. We’ve tried nearly all the plate lunches each and have yet to find something we don’t like.
