    Bad piece of meat. Not sure what happened but the NY Strip they brought out to me was NOT good. It was a bad piece of meat – very tough and gristly. I informed the waiter of this and the manager came over and removed it from my bill. Also, he gave me $20 in gift cards to use on my next visit. Too bad I got a bad steak but the manager handled it perfectly.
