I heard good things about this restaurant, food,and service. We decided to go and get take out. Well when we walked in we were directed to he bar for take out. When we arrived at the bar there was no one there so we waited and we waited. Finally a gentleman asked if Id been helped and said that he would be right with us they were running behind. No problem. About 10 minutes passed and a lady comes behind the bar to fill two glasses with water and asked if I had been helped I said no and she said Ill be right back to take your order. So more waiting. Five minutes later the gentleman that first asked if I had been helped walked behind the bar and he said that he would be right with me. He proceeded to give two people beers and take a drink for himself and proceeded to walk away! What!!! Its at that point where weve had enough and decide to leave. While leaving the gentleman then says oh I can take your order now. Are you kidding me. So, were only important because were leaving and not when weve been sitting here for the past 30 minutes. Totally unacceptable service and I will be sure to tell everyone that I come in contact with about this experience.
