Way to EXPENSIVE!!!. The service was a little off. A young lady was at the front who had the personality of a mosquito. The price was WAY TO HIGH. My wife and I had 1 mixed berry gelato each and the total cost was $13.75. I am sorry but this place will never see my business again as that price is not even remotely reasonable. I can go to a Whole Foods and get 2 times the amount of gelato they give for $4 and the quality will be 300 times better. Gelato is not even made with heavy cream which is more expensive, it is made with wole milk. And unless the cow they got it from won the Kentucky Derby 3 years in a row, only then would I pay $6.00 for a 1/2 cup of gelato, and since cows do not paritcipate in the Derby I guess they will never see my green dollars ever again.
Always there. I have basically lived at the square since I was 3 and I have always gone here. I have great memories of being 2,3, 4, and 5 getting ice cream then playing on the train. I still like to relax at the square during summertime and stop in for a treat. There is another place on the square called sweet treats, but I refuse to go there. Sarah Jean’s simply has me. I love their little train making its way above your head. My favorite spot!!
