Poor customer service. Taco Loco has great food and delicious tacos, but what upset me the most was the lack of customer service. I purchased an order went home, and realized my other was wrong. I made a phone call first the girl recognized the order,she quickly handed the order to the owner who agreed to make the changes on the order over the phone. Finally still hungry i arrive and the owner is upset with having to replace my order. He quickly starts telling me next time I come check my order and bring him back a receipt. By the way the cashier didn’t even provide me with a receipt. I told him he was extremely ride, and he told me to never return. I wash extremely upset, but i will not tolerate such nonsence while I’m paying for anything.
