There is always a wait, and the food is always good. Tonight I had an experience I’ve never even thought would happen. The restaurant was out of ribeye steaks so I decided to opt for a burger. Being a decent human being I order my burger medium rare. I was informed that I would have to sign a liability release for ground beef cooked under medium. Mind you this is a steakhouse. Your one job is to cook meat and I for the life of me can’t imagine people ordering a quality burger over medium.My message to the management would be this:Pride in your product, and in the ability of your staff would far outweigh this ridiculous, unprofessional mockery of a contract I was requested to sign before beginning my meal. Your Microsoft Word skills are subpar for upper management and it makes you look incompetent. it’s preposterous to have a contractual release of liability over a F’ing hamburger. The food was delicious, my burger was cooked perfectly medium rare, and the waitress was wonderful. I will likely never return to your establishment and will laugh at the thought of your restaurant, every time I order a hamburger, for the rest of my life.
