Solid. They serve pretty good meat, their sauces are good, but they make the best fried pickles. And the sauce they serve with them is amazing. I could do some damage on those pickles.
Sunday lunch-The service was fast and friendly- Our waitress (Jessica) did a good job, she was very attentive to our needs
Not Good. Where do I start….? Tell ya what… if you want BBQ dont go here…..hows that?
Here for lunch and my chickern sandwich was very salty and the brunswick stew tasted like tomatoe sause and noyhing else.
Very dry to go meat. We had pulled pork sandwiches and they were very good, the Classic Carolina sauce is terrific. We ordered a pound of meat to take home with us. This meat was the driest meat we have ever eaten. It looked and tasted like it had been in an oven, uncovered, for several days. This meat should have been thrown away not sold to a customer. Very disappointed!
Average. Ate here for the first time during lunch. Had the Jumbo shredded pork sandwich. Decent, natural smoke flavoring of the meat. Used their original bbq sauce – avg flavor and very thin/watery – I prefer a thicker sauce. Had the cheapest side: onion rings (2 rings for $2). They looked nice, until I saw they were sitting in a puddle of grease (from fryer to plate without proper drainage). Water to drink. In the end, very average lunch for $10, however, will give them one more try for dinner sometime.
Lucky stumble. We passed a sign for WBBBQ on the way to Alabama and wanted to stop to try it. We didn’t have time on our trip but it’s been on our list. When we went to the Chick-fil-a kick off game we found their stand in the Georgia Dome. Awesome sandwich (which the girl helping us happily added peppers and onions to from their sausage and peppers) Sandwich was HUGE and wonderful. Made my day!
