It’s another chicken place. It’s fresh and has a good solid menu. Food came quick, was hot, and very tasty. No complaints from anyone in our large party.
There’s a few things on the menu, but like Zaxby’s you’re here for the chicken fingers. Coke products. Regular or zucchini fries. Several sauces, not that the chicken needs them. The tea tends to be stale. The place lives up to its name, typically the food is ready by the time you get your drink.

I am a certified executive chef and relish the thought of well prepare food not sitting long on my plate. The fact that there are no freezers speak volumes for freshness. Maybe the reviewer had mistaken fat for gristle or Grizzle. Fat holds all the flavor of the meat when you take away fat you take away flavor. Will visit your establishment soon
Great food and workplace. I am an employee and I must say that I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with this company and I hate to see such a horrible write up by one of my old coworkers…bottom line is u do not get promoted if u do not actually go in and work well with your team and work hard as well. The food is fresh. We do not have a freezer in the building so it takes excellent hard workers that come in every single day and make is possible for us to keep our food awesome and the best sauces is have ever had. We put our heart into our work and clearly our product says it all!!! I look forward to growing with this company!!!
Luncheon So Good, Augusta, GA. We had a delivery today, of a variety of chicken sandwichs, cole slaw w/ blueberries, salads w/cherry tomatoes, cookies, and apples drenched in pineapple juice(the bomb). Grilled ,spicy chicken all done up so beautiful. Nice full chicken breast, and my favorite Turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce. LOVED IT
Unsatisfied employee. As a worker at PQD, I can say I am a witness to people constantly complaining about the same problems; the cold fries, the grizzle in the tenders, the high prices. The work here is very bad. You get very limited hours and for very low pay. Promotions are not fair and are not based on hard work but favoritism. I work for two weeks only to earn like 120 dollars. Not worth my time and effort. I’ll be dammed if I bust my butt for the pay I receive and no promotion. This is not a good place to work or eat. I do not recommend this place at all. Oh and not to mention the employees eat the products in the back. And for the reasons listed I will be quitting soon as well as never been a supporter of this place again !
Exact same incident as the other reviewer. Had exactly the same experience as the reviewer before me. Cold french fries as well as chicken that we could not eat. The young girl brought us four additional tenders after we showed her how half of them were either grizzle or covered by some type of membrane and we could not eat them. She said the manager would be right over. She later came back and said he was busy but he would be over before we left. After finishing our meal and waiting 20 mins for him we gave up and left. Poor customer service and a $20 tab is too high for this quality of food and customer service. It is a shame because we have eaten there several times since they opened. The problem obviously has not been resolved or we would not have encountered it and it appears they do not care.
