Decent pho. Used to visit during my lunch break but got tired of slow service, even on days when the restaurant was empty. Recently heard from a server that used to work here that they reuse lemons and the side dishes for pho that people have leftover. Um… No.
I recommend that you get the house special, you wont be disappointed! The beef balls are super delicious btw, get extras of it if you are a big eater!
The pho was ok. I was a little disappointed to find wilted, unwashed herbs on the side. The bean sprouts were still fresh but the basil leaves were filled with sand.The MSG content seemed like it was a few notches higher than other pho restaurants. Don’t be surprised if you get a headache afterwards
Not a bad Vietnamese restaurant on the whole. The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The pho is standard, not really something I’d rave about, and the portions are small compared to other Vietnamese places I’ve been all over the country.
Not sure how the food taste but I couldn’t even get a water! We sat at the table for about 10 min and still no service so decided to leave. Servers looked at us and just attended to everyone else. Not happy! I might add that they only had about 8 tables and a couple came after us and was served before us.
I went to Pha Bac for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the courteous waiter, the quality of the food, and the reasonable price. You must try the phone. They have a variety of meats to choose from and all are delicious. You will not be disappointed.
Love love love!. My family loves Pho Bac! All the waiter are so nice and we always have a great time.
