Minor service issues but amazing burger. It annoys me to no end that it is Ruby Tuesday that has one of the best burgers in town, but the Triple Prime burger is hard to beat. Always hot and juicy with amazing flavor.There are service issues though and staff attrition seems to be high as I have yet to see familiar faces working there.
Absolutely great food, even better service. My husband’s steak was cooked to perfection. I ordered the Veggie Combo. Loved the fresh vegetables offered. The Garden Bar was well stocked, clean and included really fresh salad options. Our server, Cory was everything a server should be. Courteous, prompt, he knew the menu well, checked on us often. We had a great experience at Ruby Tuesday. We will definitely return!
Awful. Absolutely terrible. The food was over cooked and through the course of my 45 minute meal I had one water (thanks for the refill…that never came. Usually not nearly this bad, but for a slow thursday night definitely subpar.
Very disappointed. I could overlook it when the server spilled my drink all over me and my son but he definitely could have handled it better as they only offered us a cupcake for our troubles. If that wasnt bad enough the food was tasteless and bland. We definitely won’t be back.
A disappointment. This is the worst Ruby Tuesday I have ever ate at. I expect more from the Evans area, and I expect more from Ruby Tuesday. The one in Augusta on Bobby Jones is lightyears better.The burger I ordered was sub-par at best, the waiter was awkward, inexperienced, inattentive and slow. They had the worst sweet tea I have had, probably ever. I’m not one to bash on restaurants, it’s just rare that I am actually disappointed enough to voice my opinion.
Food is all pretty good, and they never seem to be too crowded.
