Snellville location is horrible…ordered fried pickles for 6 bucks and I got ten pickles dripping in grease, I expected an appetizer size like zaxbys…not at all…shouldnt be listed under apps but sides for a fraction of the price. Brunswick stew is disgusting, too salty and all my food was delivered ice cold…and with no napkins…i want a refund this was the worst delivery experience I have ever had…never again. U are better off ordering chinese or pizza. AWFUL!!!!
My name is Daniel I ordered joes to go in snellville six times and they have always delivered, I called tonight 4/5/13 and they said they will not deliver 1 mile outside their radius very ridiculous if this is some kinda new management it really sucks
Don’t know why all of these people say bad things, but EVERY time we call, I am addressed as Mr. Fox, the food is delicious, hot, and the drivers are all nice. Seems they went through a transitionsome time ago, but what a great crew niw. Keep up the great service Snellville team!!!
Disgusting. It’s been a while since I’ve order from this particular location the one in Lilburn I think is better.Not only was the hamburger dry,mounds of condiments oozing off the burger, saturated bun was wet and falling apart… cold pre cooked beef pattie…chicken tenders from sams! all over priced! fries stale undercooked I will never patronize them again!
Don’t waste your time or money! Must have had an ownership change since we were there…months ago. Our traditional order (husband ordered by phone and was told prices went up and there were no specials) was 50% higher in cost; the 30 wing order had only 6 drumsticks; the sauce was diluted heavily with vinegar and undercooked. I asked why the increased cost and he said we should’ve ordered one of the specials which remarkably was on a flier in front of him. Never again.
This Place Is Horrible!. Do NOT spend your money at this place. The employees have attitude for days and the food is NOT all that great for the prices they charge. & what’s up with the $4 gas fee? My house is literally 2 minutes away. I hate this place. & they always have issues with credit cards; they are thieves!
No so great in Snellville. I’ve ordered a total of 3 times from them. The first time I got wings they were great, the second time they were underdone, this time half the food was decent and the other half was unedible. The fried stuff tasted like old overused oil and the service leaves much to be desired. The delivery guy was nice, but the people on the phone are incompetent and had attitude. Not to mention they apparently are unable to update their menu online so the prices are incorrect, which they do not tell you up front. 2 out of 3 experiences earn them an F in my book. Basically they are just hit and miss I think.
