  Awful customer service. TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When I asked for 2 extra fortune cookies at the end of a $30 order, the manager refused to give them to me without cancelling the order and charging me 40 cents. When I said that the cookies were only 2 cents a piece at most, the manager screamed at me on the phone that he was cancelling my order and hung up on me. This restaurant does not deserve your business.

  Liars and Thieves!!!!!. I just ordered from New Peking. Apparently I ordered a menu item that no longer exists (the combination special.) Instead of telling me that what I ordered was no longer available they just gave me a different item. When I called about my delivery order being incorrect, the woman yelled at me and then hung up on my husband. We will NEVER order from them again and you shouldn’t either, unless you like your mediocre Chinese takeout with a side of bad manners and poor customer service.

  Worst customer service!!. First it was hard for them to understand my address, Very poor english. For delivery you have to order a min of $15.00. My total came up to $14.60 (thats including ordering a meal, drink and I threw in some spring rolls to bring up the total.) She said I’m still short .40 cents. I asked if it could be delivered any way, since Im going to be tipping. They refused. I said never mind and they hung up on me. I was a new customer and they definitely lost one!!

  HOT-FRESH-FRIENDLY!. My family & I have ordered from New Peking (always delivery!) quite often and all the dishes were prepared with perfection. It may take a little while (30-40 minutes) for food to be delivered – but it is well worth the wait as everything is prepared FRESH instead of just heated up and delivered! It is always hot, fresh and delicious when it arrives. We have never had any problems with our orders or the quality of the food. The person taking orders and those who delivered have always been courteous! We went to the restaurant just a few weeks ago AND IT WAS NOT THERE – we were SO disappointed! But a friend of mine received a menu with their new address so WE ARE NOW HAPPY AGAIN….going to order as soon as I finish this review!
