Don’t Waste Your Time and $. Dinner with Family on Saturday night. 1 hour wait but we expected it. Finally seated, I ordered the sushi rest of family ordered chicken. 15 minutes later family got their food. Sushi never showed. Finally after 30 minutes and questioning the waiter I was told my order was never put in. Since the rest of the family had finished eating I cancelled my order with much frustration and asked to see the manager. 2 hours after showing up I had no dinner and the manager (?) offered me a host of excuses and a 25 dollar gift certificate to come back. Needless to say this place sucks! Don’t waste your time or your money! There are plenty of other restaurants that understand customer service.
Fresh Sushi. I had the Spicy Tuna Roll, Ebi, and Tuna sushi. It was all very fresh and the service was good, though towards the end, I did have to wait too long for my check.
They just spoilt our valentine evening. We had made dinner reservations in the afternoon for 7.45 pm. When we showed up the hostess said it was only 1st come 1st serve basis and the minimum wait wd be 45 mins. Showed her the email confirmation and she said there was nothing she cd do to help us. We had to head home as we cd not find a table anyplace else at the last minute. Well it’s Ditch-iban for us!!!
Bad date night :(. My husband and I Love Japanese food and eat hibachi as often as we can. We are big fans of the pink seafood sauce and always ask for extra. We put it on everything!! Ichiban had the worst sauce we had ever had. It did not taste anything like the seafood sauce we have had at all other Japanese restaurants. It was actually gross. The rest of the food was sub par and I was surprised at some of the food combos – now carrots in the veggie stir fry (a first) and corn in the fried rice (another first). It also annoys me that you have to pay extra for the hibachi fried rice. Needless to say my husband and I spent a pretty penny on a horrible meal. We will not be going back!
Awesome sushi…super fresh. The hibachi not so great.
Not Good.. Worse hibachi ever. I imagine food court eateries tasting somewhat similar. Mushy vegetables swimming in water, chicken and steak tasted boiled with some teriyaki sauce. Sushi is decent and service was OK. Hibachi….horrible. We prefer Kani House.
Service was great and the Sushi fresh. Highly recommend the Ahi Poki app along with Tuna on Fire. Will be back!
