Wonderful Italian, Close to home!. Ah, what a surprise! We’ve been thinking of going for a while, and just last week a friend and I went for lunch, shared a great pizza, and ordered Gelato for dessert.Tonight, it was too late to cook, so we took a 10 minute ride to Mia’s. (Thursday)We ordered the Penne with Bolonesenesauce, the tomato sauce (marinara) was very fresh and tasty, I ordered the Risotto fungi (mushroom) and it was creamy and delicious with just a touch of Parmesan on the top. Never enough garlic rolls, but we saved room for the Limoncella Marscapone cake. Light, fluffy and lemmony…a perfect ending! Our waiter, Tyler was great. Made sure to greet us, got us our beverages, and made sure that we never had to wait long before he returned to the table.We are definitely making this a regular choice on our dining out list!
Was ok. We ate here for the first time. It was ok. Not impressed. Lasagne was blah , lacking flavor. I’ve never had lasagne with no cheese. My husband had vodka pasta. It too lacked any flavor. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to ho back.
Terrible. There has been more than one occasion that i have not liked the food. I’ve never dined in before. But i live right down the street so i gave it more than one shot. This last time i ordered the margarita pizza. The pizza came to me burnt on one whole half of the pizza. There was literally barely any cheese on it. More places than not, all you could see was sauce on the pizza with basil. I had to take it home and put cheese on it and stick it in the toaster oven. The first time i ordered, i got something that i could have made better at home. Not happy with this place at all. Sad excuse for an Italian restaurant.
Great Food. I am fortunate to live right around the corner from Mia’s and probably eat here 1-2 times a month either eat-in or take out. I did visit on Jan 15th with my 7 year old son. Service was friendly and food was great. The only draw back was my son informed the waitress it was my birthday and was very disappointed that they did not bring us a desert with a candle as they had done for him 6 months prior when we had celebrated his birthday there also.
This was our first visit and loved it. The food was excellent and our server, Ashley, was exceptional. We will be back.
Undecided. Went there 3 months ago. A few friends like a few friends dont but the food was nothing to make me want to come back after the first time.
Fantastic. Went about 2 months ago and was shocked at how great it was, in a strip mall? 😎 – we went with another couple and all for of us agreed it was fantastic! We were very surprised at the decor and ambiance!We went to another touted Italian restaurant near by and though their food was also great food – but for date night? We’ll got to Mias – we found it to be quite a good choice for date night – at a great price…Thank You!!
