Never again. We ordered take out Pad Thai….it was the worst Pad Thai I have ever had. The chicken tasted as if it were boiled, and there were no veggies, only noodles. The peanuts tasted stale. I ordered extra spicy and it was so bland it was as if there were no spice at all. What a total waste of money and a major disappointment……I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, nor will I ever go there again.
Lousy service followed by sub-par food. We order take-out from Pacific Spice on average about twice a month. The past 6 times the quality of service and food has declined rapidly.Tonight we ordered over $50.00 worth of sushi & appetizers. We were told it would be 45 minutes to an hour due to being busy. One hour and 30 minutes later we called to find the status of delivery. The lady stated the driver just left to deliver it to us and it would be 5 minutes. We also live 5 minutes from the place. They finally showed about 25 minutes later with old, cold dumplings and crab rangoon. The driver tried to state that he made the sushi special once we refused the delivery. Special sushi – more like the BS roll, I’ll pass.Bottom line, we wont be back and will never recommend this place again.

Terrible service/rude/mediocre food. I was in the restaurant 3 weeks ago and the man at the fornt was rude, i am a repeat customer and he threw my change at me, said hurry up and order and was just ridicolous, the lady seems friendly as well as the delivery guy but this is absurd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our Neighborhood Go To Place. Very friendly staff and nice , peaceful atmosphere. Love the sushi and everything else we’ve tried (which is a lot) has been great. Only item I’ve ever had that I don’t recommend is the Mongolian Beef. it is waaaaaay too sweet. Other than that- a great place that doesn’t disappoint!
