To Whom it May Concern,I just wanted to take a moment out of my busy day to let you know just how dissatisfied I was with my recent visit to Vincenzas Pizzeria.Ive had the pleasure of visiting many times in the past without incident and have always leftfeeling satisfied and have always felt confident in recommending your establishment to anyone who has asked.Not only do I live 10 minutes away from your restaurant, but I also work just 5 minutes away, which usually makes coming to eat lunch at your establishment with a group of my coworkers a fun and convenient notion.Unfortunately, that was not the case this past Friday.Because Ive been having recent weight loss success and feeling better overall due to a low/no-carb diet plan, when my coworkers and I came in to Vincenzas today, I asked if it would be possible to order a small order of meatballs. I was told that it was impossible because it wasnt on the menu.Therefore I was relegated to sitting there, drinking water and not eating anything, whilehaving to watch my coworkers enjoy their meals (not to mention seeing the lady at the counter looking over at me to smirk throughout the duration of our visit).While my coworkers were kind enough to offer to go elsewhere to eat because of my situation, I urged them to stay to avoid additional inconvenience the entire group.I never imagined that such a simple request would be an utter impossibility, especially at an Italian restaurant where sliced meatballs are an offered pizza topping. I would have even taken the meatballs sliced, if that was the concern. I wasnt offered any alternative or consolation. What if Id ordered a couple slices of pizza with meatball topping? Why couldnt we imagine that I did just that, but asked you to hold the pizza? Could I have gotten my meatballs then?Ive never felt unwelcome at your establishment, but I certainly felt that way today. To avoidfeeling that way again, I will make sure to avoid that risk by not returning to Vicenzas Pizzeria and will urge others to do the same. Thank you.
