OK, I do not really like to go here but I have to commend them for exceptional service. On my recent visit the place was packed but it was running more efficiently than any other fast food restaurant in recent memory. Food was typical, but it was was good as Captain D’s gets ! Fresh and everything was correct.20 Jul, 2011For Captain D’s, you won’t go wrong here. It has always been a good experience at this location. Probably the best one I have been to. We all know what they have here… but I will admit the menu continues to grow. Hot food, a clean restaurant and good service here. Unfortunately, most fast food places rate below this one. Good job here!
Dear Sirs,. I went into the Captain D’s in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga tonight to order dinner for my family of 5. I brought the food home, which is less than 2 blocks from the restaurant. The fries, mac n cheese, and okra were all cold. The baked potatoe was hard and cold. The fish looked as if it were fried in week old grease and tasted about the same. The crab cakes had a strange taste to them. The only decent thing on any of our meals was the butterfly shrimp. Needless to say we were very disappointed. We order carry out from this location several times a month. My husband said this would more than likely be our last time we order from there. Also, there was a young lady at the register and a younger boy runniing food. The young lady was very rude and talked down to the boy who was trying to do his job. She talked loud enough for the 9 to 10 customers at the front counter to hear her. I was embarrassed for the boy.
Always Great. This is a great location! Everytime I have eaten here the food has been great and the people have been friendly.
