Stay away. This is one of the worst restaurant franchises in the United States. They serve the smallest size eggs imaginable, maybe robin eggs. All of their dishes are like a child’s portion but priced as if it includes extra servings. I have always left hungry but with a lighter wallet. The service was bad and the portions are pathetic. I would think that their profits must be through the roof, however I have noticed very few cars in the parking lot. I would rank IHOP as one of three worst values in the Chattanooga area. The other 2 being, Panera Bread and Steak & Shake. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
I love ihop! But this one sucks!!! The service is terrible and they need to hire more ppl. Waited over a hour for 3 ppl to get r food and it was all messed up. Food was good, hard to enjoy when they put u in a ill mode. Needs new workers ASAP!
Not bad for a national chain. I have been to the Fort O IHOP several times over the past few weeks and it was pretty good.I always order the $7 SIMPLE & FIT Veggie Omelette With mushrooms, green peppers, onions and oven-roasted tomatoes.The onions were microscopic and I don’t remember any green peppers.The oven-roasted tomatoes and mushrooms were good.The fruit bowl was nice and had Honey Dew Melon, Cantaloupe, Pineapple and a lone Orange section.The server was attentive and the food came out pretty quickly.There were two women behind me who complained about everything, non stop.What people don’t realize is that these chains cannot pay their employees a lot, they have to turn a profit.Some of the menu items get pretty pricey. You get what you pay for.I shop at ALDI right behind IHOP a lot and I always see plenty of IHOP workers out back smoking.Good little 320 Calorie, somewhat-healthy breakfast.
Worst service ever. Slow. There were all of five people in the whole place and entire staff- managers included- were seen several times just standing around in the kitchen talking! They were out of everything… Including salsa. But my friend ordered some omelette and guess what was inside. I guess our server was too lazy to go get a side of it. I will never ever be back to this location!
IHOP. I have had the opportunity to try their breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items. Out of the three, I would have to say the breakfast would be the choice of mine. I had the steak tips and eggs with hashbrowns and toast. I think the tips needed just a little bit more cooking, but seasoning was great!
Never coming back. 40 minutes for eggs and pancakes with a terrible server that came to the table twice. I’ll pass.
