Food was standard for what youd expect at an ihop. Service was painfully slow despite the restaurant being half empty. Waited 25 minutes for food, waited 15 minutes for a ticket). Server unaware and unapologetic.
Bad Service. Worst service ever, we went there today and waited for over 1 1/2 hours for coffee and food. We never got our food and finally just left. They were not crowded but short on the cook staff. They were also out of crepes and hamburgers, it was 10:45 am. We were not the only ones to walk out. Never saw a manager.
I really love IHOP, but this location is the worst I have ever been to. The food is bad, but the staff is even worse. I have worked in the service industry for 10+ years, and this is just very unacceptable.
