  Horrible experience tonight. Started with dirty silverware and lipstick all over my wine glass. Ceiling was leaking right into our rice (had not received anything else yet) and drinks. We were moved to a different table and had to re-wait for other people to be sat and ordered. After 30 minutes at the new table, we left. What happened to cleanliness and customer service?

  This place is a joke! They are rude and skip over people that are waiting. We have been over 10 times and 4 different times they have skipped us. The last straw was when they accused us of not paying. The waiter got us confused with someone else. We was so embarrassed in front of family and friends. We will never be back!!!!!

  WORST SERVICE EVER!!. I was in town and meeting some friends i had not seen in years at Kobe. We walked in the door told the host we had 6 adults and 2 children she walked us to the table and told us to grab a highchair on the way!! my friends and i laughed a little but grabbed the highchair kinda lazy and rude to ask a guest to get the their own highchair but whatever we are not easily offended my boyfriend and I are both in the service industry! the waitress comes over a very sour attitude right off for some reason but we shrugged it off and ordered. My bf ordered 2 sushi rolls and so did I along with an app. my friends each ordered hibachi and a couple of sushi rolls! my friend told the waitress she would be sharing with her 2 small children who eat almost nothing! the waitress said well its got to go on your plate she said great no problem. so we wait and the waitress comes over and says we are slow so you do not have to move but if less than half of you are gonna get hibachi next time you need to sit in the dining room. Mind you 4 adults ordered hibachi and there where 8 total including the kids! i told her we would move and we were not asked what we were gonna order we where just sat there! she was very RUDE!! I wanted to leave but the kids where settled and its not easy to get up and leave with 2 small children so we stayed! she continued to be very rude and a sour looking old man the manager i guess walked back and forth staring at us. The hibachi chef was wonderful!!! He was so nice and great with the kids!! I feel he is a wasted talent in such a awful place! This is by far my worst experience i have ever had! I am not picky about food i take what i get! bad service does not really bother me as long as they are nice! I can not believe that they stay in business treating guest that way! we spent plenty of money there and where very easy to deal with including carrying our own highchair to the table!! After reading all the other bad reviews I would say this is not a one time thing and it would be a shame to give them your business!!
