Ft.Oglethorpe, GA location …. Ft.Oglethorpe, GA locationThe first time my wife and I went my food came out undercooked and instead of fixing the problem the waitress simply took the dish off the ticket never offering another dish or to correct the mistake. She was very unprofessional and very unhelpful, in my wife’s opinion. The server’s name is Holly. Fast forward two Months, we go back with a group of friends after church. This time the service was even worse. Same server, same,bad service. She complained because we asked for refills after sitting for 30 mins. After waiting an hour,She told us that she just put our order in five mins prior because of all the extra things we asked her to do. At which point we asked for more rolls, which we never got. We were in a group of seven and only got one basket of rolls for all of us the whole time. One bad visit is understandable, but two with the same waitress is bad business. And on top of that my food was undercooked again and the proper toppings were not used on my food. We will not be back to this location.
SLOW SERVICE AND JUST OK FOOD. Poor, slow service and the food was not up to the standard of other locations. Think we will pass on this location from now on.
Quality is going down. I use to enjoy eating here, however the quality of their food continues to decline. $11.95 for a hamburger steak is outrageous, but it is the cheapest beef entre on their menu. Rolls are good but prices are high. O’Charley’s next door offers a much better deal.
Warm, friendly. This is, by far, one of the best places in town. My family goes here very often, and every time it is always great. My favorite item on the menu would have to be the wings.
Not up to Logan’s Standards. Found this location not up the standard of the one on Gun Barrel. We did not think the store to be very clean and the food was way below average. Slow service and not very friendly. Will not be back!
Logans Roadhouse. I have been to this location a few times. Their appetizers are great! I had the mushrooms, potatoe skins, mozarella sticks, chicken tenders and onion petals. I had grilled meatloaf, with Sweet & Smokey BBQ sauce & topped with Crispy Onions.
Logan’s Roadhouse. Peanut shells are supposed to be tossed on the floor as part of the atmosphere, by the way. Just saying.Our dining experiences at Logan’s in Fort Oglethorpe have always been great. We have never had any complaints, but if you try to dine during a crowded Saturday night, you may have to wait a couple of minutes for a seat.Logan’s has an extensive menu. Their enormous nachos are an great value for an appetizer, which can actually be a meal with a few beers. ;-)Logan’s has a Health Nuts! menu that is excellent. Try the Mesquite Wood-Grilled Shrimp Skewers and the Health Nut Grilled Salmon Salad. I can testify those are tasty and healthy.Of course, their regular menu has several of our favorites: Sirloin & Jumbo Grilled Shrimp Scampi, Sirloin & Grilled Lobster Tail, Grilled Meatloaf, and Popcorn Shrimp. We have never ordered a bad entree here.Logan’s offers a comforting atmosphere and consistent quality, and it always feels like home when traveling.
