Drive Through Ratings…. I am only rating this on a trip through the drive through yesterday evening. I cannot comment on the inside of the restaurant. Service was efficient, although it was not busy at all. Everything on the order was right. This consisted of a single with cheese, fries and a coke. My only gripes are with the new sweet pickles…not what I want so I will have to see if they still offer dill pickles. One more thing, too much ice in my drink. I will stop now before I convince myself to change my vote ! This is the location next to the Verizon store…
Rude Service. At 18:30 Sept 17 I went to Wendy’s at 3588 Battlefield Parkway and ordered a No 2 with no mayo, a medium fry and a jr bacon cheeseburger. When I got home the No 2 had mayo and no extra medium fry. So I called the store back and spoke to the manager who sounded like a 12year old and acted the same way. She said that was nothing she could do about it but she was sorry. She refused to give me the district managers numbers. And then she hung up. Very rude service,
