I’m not a huge fan of Applebees but they do have a reasonable menu with some good lunch options. We’ve had good food and service at other locations. This one…no. We got there at 11 for lunch and were the only people there for probably 20 minutes. Ordered the soup and salad express type lunch and it took 50 minutes to make and get to our table (!). Food was ok. No drink refills. Another thing – the dining area looked ok, but the bathroom and hallway areas by the kitchen were FILTHY. Grime on the floor and walls, shreds of toilet paper, who knows what and old food on the floor/walls in the hall areas near the kitchen. I can see if it was closing time on a busy holiday weekend but right after opening midweek? GROSS. Made me really wonder what the actual kitchen area looks like. Who is managing this place anyway? The greeter was a nice young guy – very earnest and friendly. He was the only one that seemed happy to be there.

Managers, waiters, and waitresses unresponsive. Similar to a cardiac patient… I hope you gave plenty of time before your next activity, you’re going to need it. Food is good, it’s just the service that sucks.
What I expected. The food was what I expected. The service was relatively fast and the staff friendly. Big thing is they offer a FLETC discount!!! Good stuff
Average. I would really like to help here but I have eaten here three times and each time was about average. Food was just okay, service wasn’t much better. Take your chance with this one but I have eaten at much better Applebee’s restaurants.
