Customer is always wrong at Tortuga Jacks. General Manager extremely arrogant and willing to loose local business to concentrate on naive tourist that he knows wont be back any time soon. A real shame for both the Trapped Tourist and the locals. Our visit today ruined my wife’s beautiful day at the beach. P.S. Great Bartender, OK food, bad service, disgraceful management.

Terrible service. Everyone in my party got their food fairly quickly. I, on the other hand, did not get my food. After everyone in my party finished eating I finally got my two fish tacos with no sauce and Mexican corn aka frozen corn with shredded cheese. When I asked for the sauce for my taco it seemed like I was asking for something out of the ordinary. The manager came to ask about what happened and had a mouthful of chewing tobacco. It was not appetizing. He asked three times if I still needed a taco when I clearly had two tacos in front of me. Will not be back. Food was bland. Great spot for a drink by the beach.

The restaurant was over priced for Mexican food and for what you get. You can get better and cheaper food at real, authentic Mexican restaurants. The chips were also stale. On a plus note, at least the staff was friendly.

Beautiful view! Great food! Fantastic service. If we are ever in the area, we will be back! The ceviche was fresh and tasty! The tacos were delicious. We loved the salsa!
