Went as part of a group took 2 hours to get any food at all. I ordered wings, they where dry as can be, no sauce to speak of. About room temp. Was unable to get any service. Asked 4 people for flatware. Was told I don’t know if we have any by our lead waitresses. Couldn’t get menus to start….lots of food never came. Couldn’t get sauce or anything that didn’t come. We couldn’t get checks even just had to line up to pay… But we all got 18% gratity charged on no service. After 3 and a half hours waiting by the door to leave, was asked if we wanted a table…. The most service we got All night. Would have up and left after an hour, but didn’t want to get the group stuck on the check.
