Great Steak Good Service. I love a good fresh steak and Longhorn’s is one of my favorite places outside of Texas to eat steak. Unlike several other steakhouses I have been to their steaks are very fresh. While longhorn does season their steaks, not necessary, in my opinion I do not think it is by any means over powering. @ Lyn we all know that the laughing could have only lasted 30-45 sec. I know you thought and felt it was longer but it really wasn’t. Trust me I am a bit of an expert about how people perceive their wait time. The avg person hungry or otherwise in a rush feels 3 min is huge amount of time enough so that after this period of time they are willing to leave. Think about that the next time you put off calling a client right back so that you can forward a joke email at on your phone.

Disappointing. I have stopped at this restaurant 2 times and both visits have been disappointing. I saw no one on the staff over 30 which showed in the lack of maturity with the service. Groups of servers gathered in the kitchen laughing and kidding around while I sat at the bar waiting to be served. On this last trip (and I mean LAST — I will not be back) I ordered the basic filet, which for a steakhose should be easy to prepare. It was so over salted and peppered and greasy that I could not enjoy the decent quality of the meat. My wine glass appeared dirty — I eventually realized it was because the bartender had dirty hands, Gross.
