Saturday Night Disaster. I don’t think this place will be around for long. We went there with some friends on Saturday night and it was just awful. They were way understaffed and had only one bartender on duty. It took us 10 minutes to get a server and then 30 minutes to get drinks and they weren’t right. We were going to send them back but the server told us it would be a while because they had so many other orders in front of us and that were out of fresh glasses. The food we ordered was cold by the time we got it-almost another 25 minutes after we ordered. The cole slaw was old, the wings were small and dry and the ribs were over done and it was plated wrong. The appetizers came out with our dinners. Our waiter complained the whole time about being understaffed-in fact he pretty much told us his life story-which he had time to do because it took so long to get drinks and food. He interrupted us several times to tell us about it. When the staff complains out loud to people they don’t even know there’s a management problem. We asked for a manager over but we waited another 20 minutes and just couldn’t stay any longer. Even though their prices are great, we won’t be back. I’m sorry now I recommended it to friends. Not trying to be cold-hearted but I hope the owner [or new ones] gets a handle on this.
