Simply the best upscale restaurant in Griffin/Spalding county. The sushi is amazing. The Wednesday/Thursday Hamburger specials are awesome.Excellent selection of local craft beers.Lively bar area and outdoor seating.Operating hours are a bit bizarre. 3-9:30PM, W-Sat. Closed otherwise.

Griffin’s Blessing. Let’s start with great ambiance conveniently located downtown followed by feeling extra special from the moment you walk in as you are welcomed with true hospitality. We all know that service and ambiance do not a restaurant make so let’s talk food! The bacon wrapped dates always leave me craving more…sweet, salty and delicious. We also love and have enjoyed the Fried Green Tomatoes, the Saigon Shrimp, Bundles of Joy and the Olive Cheese Plate. Depending on your taste you will not be disappointed.The entree selections make it extremely hard to choose but I really enjoyed the Tuna Piccata on our last visit. My husband devoured the Mardi Gras Mahi and I was afraid he would have licked his plate had we not been surrounded by other diners. We previously shared the Maverick Grits on a previous visit and they were fabulous and we enjoyed the multitude of sides we ordered.We have heard they also have great steaks. Our kids were along on a visit and they enjoyed the selections. We hope to get to Griffin to try their Happy Hour which also gets rave reviews. I hope this encourages others to support this local restaurant so we can all enjoy it for years to come. P.S. We always request Russell as our server but based on everyone around and the activity I bet all of their servers are great. Special thanks to Russell for his hospitality with the kiddos on our last visit. 🙂
