My family and I had never tried Caprese, and figured it was like a Johnnys Pizza type place. All 5 of us walked in, they placed us in a tiny booth. We waited 15 minutes before our waitress came, while we waited another waitress walked by several times. She stopped once to ask if anyone had been over…we said no. She left..never took a drink order, instead she made awful comments about the hostess staff not telling them when they sat people. Our waitress csme and took our drink order and food order at the same time. I ordered diet coke because I am a Type 1 diabetic. .she came bsck with rolls and drinks..mine was regular coke. I could not tell her because we did not see her for another 20 min when she brought our food, a large pizza with no plates and an order of Chicken Parm that was cold to the touch. Asked for a another drink, she blamed it on the fat they were busy. While we tried to eat or cold food and pizza without plates, the other waitress was chewing out the hostess snd made her cry about where to seat people…this place is not big, you can see when you have a new table. In the hour snd 15min we were there, we saw our waitress at our table 3 times, not one of our drinks was refilled, I never git my diet coke and I took my entire Chicken Parm home…to heat in the microwave. We wilk NEVER go back…I could have spent less at Olive Garden and been completely satisfied and had an enjoyable dinner…instead of a Hell’s Kitchen experience.
