Dinner For 15. Anytime you have a group, meals can be tough……that being said Carrabba’s accepted the challenge. They had two 10′ high tops waiting for our arrival. Two dedicated servers that greeted each of us as we arrived.Here’s my take on Carrabba’s…….the food is consistent and that doesn’t always mean the best….but it does mean that normally there won’t be any surprises. It’s never going to be my first choice for a meal, sorry but there’s too many other different places to eat.Their bread is phenomenal, but then again when is warm fresh bread never delicious?….. I split and order of mussels, crab cakes & pizza with a friend all of which were tasty but nothing that remarkable.The service was impeccable, we were never left with an empty glass or a dirty plate. fricksworld.blogspot.com
Great Italian at even better prices. This is a great chain anyway but this location is a gem. Real friendly service and some tasty menu items to boot. We have another chain Italian restaurant that is less than two miles away from home and have never been inside- just get in the car and head to Duluth!

They get it right. For a chain restaurant, Carraba’s gets it right. The focus is first on the FOOD – everything else falls into place behind that. I have eaten there about a dozen times so far and never had anything I didn’t thoroughly enjoy. Great mussels, osso buco, pasta dishes. Reasonably priced and consistently good. Carraba’s is way better than the average chain.
Great fresh bread, wonderful crisp cold lettuce and dressing for Caesar salad. Fantastic tiramisu and awesome peach sangria! Lasagna was ok-sauce was a little sweeter than accustomed-same goes for chicken parm, but the seafood cannelloni was delicious! Will definitely return.
Good first date place!
