Best employees. The girls here are very welcoming ! they smiled and said Hi when i was approaching them. The cuter employee asked me what i wanted to order and then asked if i wanted a drink, she gave it to me with a smile ! they were sweet and all very pretty. the food was fresh and warm, i will become a regular customer because of the awesome customer service. I highly recommend this cinnabon to all shoppers at sugar-loaf mills.
Poor Customer Service Experience. I purchased a cinnabon and inquired on cinna stix for my children and was told that there were none. So I asked how long it would be, and was told 2 minutes by the cashier (whose name begins with a M). I put in the order for both items, paid for them, and was not told thank you. I figured it must’ve been way too busy so I disregarded it. Then, I placed a new order for another cinnabon and paid for it. Again, no thank you. Once I received my order, I noticed that the cinnastix 10 count only comes with one cup of icing, and I inquired on another cup. The cashier told me that if I knew I wanted another one, then I was supposed to say I wanted 2. I am now on transaction 3, when I explained that I was frustrated because I had already made 2 transactions and was not told ‘thank you’ for either one of those. The same cashier holds out her hand for the money for transaction 3 and says ‘Thank You’ in a condescending manner. That’s when I decided that it wasn’t due to being busy, it was cashier’s attitude. I told her to specifically not respond to me in that way and that was inappropriate (in my choice of words for the moment). She insisted her manager deal with me at this point. I explained the situation to the manager and was told by him that it was too busy for her to say thank you to everyone, and asked me to take a look at how busy they were. Really? Being a manager for a team of 75 customer service employees for a Fortune 500 company, I was taken back by his response to the complaint and the support of his employee’s poor interaction with customers who make or break businesses. If you must indulge, The Mall of GA has a more professional and friendlier staff. Also, BK and Schlotsky’s in Suwanee sell them.
