Never have had a bad experience at this restaurant. The restaurant seating is quite nice & quaint. My family & I have always enjoyed the foods they offer. Love the Chinese Vegetables… Yummy! I would highly recommend Golden Palace II.
Consistently good food and excellent service. We are always greeted warmly as if we’ve stepped into a good neighbor’s house. We love the folks at GPII!
Charles in the previous post is wrong. My family as well as our neighborhood has been going here for years. The Sunday Buffett is a MUST. If you enjoy well-prepared Chinese food, this is your place. Not only is the food great, but the customer service makes every visit a treat.
The food is decent. The atmosphere is not good. Great fish tanks as you walk in among several gaudy buddhas. We dined in and were the only ones until one couple came in only to leave in a hurry.menu had prices hand changed instead of making new menus. I was shocked at how high the review was. Not worth the 90+ rating.
Consistently Good Food and Delivery. We live within a couple of miles from this place, so we always opt for their delivery. The service is always prompt and polite, and the food, while not extraordinary, is always consistently good and always arrives fresh and hot. Never dined inside the restaurant, but I would certainly recommend their food for delivery!
GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!. My wife and I found Golden Palace II on a trip we made to Duluth. I ordered the house egg fu young and my wife had had a shrimp dish. We also ordered corn chowder soup for 2 and crab rangoon. We drank hot sake. Everything was great. The soup for 2 gave me 3 bowls and my wife 2 bowls. Needless to say we took alot of food home. I had 2 more meals out of the egg fu young. I found the prices to be very good. We found that they also have a buffet on Sunday from 10:30 – 2:30. We drove back on Sunday and found a buffet of very good chinese food. ALL YOU CAN EAT for $6 and change. We have been back 4 times in the last month.How much do we like the Golden Palace II? Well, we live in Covington and it takes us 1 hour and 15 minutes driving time each way, and we think it is well worth the drive for this great food.
