Best to Avoid. The food was not very good. The meat was dry and tasteless. The place was gross. Overflowing trash cans, no paper towels in the bathroom, drink machines out of order, the sign out front was out, and the tables needed to be clean.The staff were slow and they were out of a side or two. Not worth the money.Overall it seems like it lacks good management and needs to be run better. The only plus was the pudding.

I’m not in love with this place it just happens to be the closest BBQ place to me. I’ve been there close to 10 times and am completely unsatisfied with the customer service. Their employees are rude short and abrasive. I choose to get the food to go so my encounters with them are as brief as possible. They also seem to have a problem with inventory. They’re always out of something. They’ve been out of wings chips and ice on several occasions. All of which seem to be staples that customers would want frequently. I have only had their pulled pork sandwich which is good and cannot attest to anything else they serve.
Good BBQ. I found this joint on this website looking for something different and my coworkers and i gave it a try today. Probably would have never found it otherwise because it is off the beaten path. We tried the ribs, wings, pulled pork and chicken. Everything was good. Ribs were nice and tender. Wings were tasty. I will eat there again.
In a word….Yuck!. We tried it for the second time this weekend and it hasn’t improved since the first time I tried it. I had hoped it was just a bad day before, but it is just bad BBQ. The BBQ has some sort of red sauce or something already added which makes the BBQ tastes old, or maybe it really is several days old, who knows. BBQ should never have sauce added before it is served. The beans tasted canned, not homemade. And the worst part was the BBQ sauce which tastes like spicy ketchup. Overall, don’t waste your time. What was good? The fried pickles. I had to go into the ladies room, wet a paper towel, and clean my own table. That should have clued us in.
Great BBQ – Small Portions. This is a great BBQ joint. Better than any in the area. The only problem is with the portions. When I eat BBQ I expect that for 8.99 I can be stuffed which is not the case here. You would think that they are rationing the sides dishes. The food cant be beat though so if price is not a concern, just order two plates for yourself and you will enjoy the best BBQ you have had in a while.
