Terrible service and terrible food. Lady brought me steamed rice when I asked for fried, then she took it back and brought the same steamed rice with soy sauce mixed in it, thinking I wasn’t smart enough to realize the difference. The cooks must really enjoy their seasonings, because they literally put it in everything the make, and more than they should. The host placed us right in front of the walk way and we were frighteningly bothered by every undisciplined child that walked in the door. Then they placed several families with screaming children around us, even when the rest of the restaurant was empty. It was a terrible experience and I will not be coming back.
Review. My wife and I have been dining weekly at Oriental J’s since it opened. It is beyond a doubt, the best Asian Restaurant anywhere! The variety and quality of their entrees is exceptional. The Sushi is second to none. We have never had a bad meal there and look forward to our weekly visits there. In addition, the service is exceptional. The Entire staff acknowledges you when you arrive, and go out of their way to accommodate you on all counts. We highly recommend Oriental J’s to any and all who enjoy Asian and Thai cuisine.
GREAT SERVICE!!!!. I have yet to eat here, but I had an incredible experience with the people who work here and I just had to share: My car started to over heat yesterday so I pulled into their parking lot. As soon as I popped my hood open, a man (probably the manager) stepped outside and asked if I needed help. After he took a look under the hood, he went inside to get water for my radiator. I followed him inside and another employee asked me what the problem was, then he proceeded to go to the back and came out with a gallon of antifreeze. The two gentlemen came back out to my car and poured the water and antifreeze into my radiator and made sure I would get back home safely. Just by the level of customer service I received yesterday without even being a customer, I will surely dine there in the near future!
