Better Options. If you are going to eat seafood, why not drive a mile down the road and pay 10% more and know that it is fresh? Bonefish makes Red Lobster look like a Captain D’s. I would not be surprised to find out that Captain D’s and Red Lobster buy from the same supplier. If you want to go cheap, eat Captain D’s and if you want fresh seafood, go to Bonefish.
Microwaved. Why would anyone eat at Red Lobster? Everything they serve tastes like it was frozen 6 months ago and thawed out that morning, then microwaved minutes before appearing at your table. There are dozens of similar frozen fish entrees at your local grocery store. Save yourself some money – I promise you won’t know the difference.
I like, BUT…. I won’t eat certain entrees there that I could elsewhere at a mom & pop seafood restaurant for less money and larger portions. I only had 2 appetizers and a beer, $25 w/tip. My clam strips appetizer was very small.
