Went here with friends after having a fairly good experience with my girlfriend trying their half off sushi. I went back and was in a small party of three, but somehow the experience was totally different. The staff was very rude and unfriendly. And after ordering our meal one of the staff members came out and told us they had no rice left to accompany the meal, during 6’o clock on a Saturday. Needless to say, we wouldn’t have gone back just because of the rude service.
FRESH. FANTASTIC. DELICIOUS. SERVICE FOCUSED.What else can you say. This place is very busy but they work hard to et everyone served quickly. The prices are reasonable. The fish is fresh and everything looks great too.
Rolls Royce. Absolutely delightful sushi dish! Haven’t tried much from there but this will be an automatic every time I go! With 50% off select sushi dishes, great price too!
Great sushi selections!24 Jul, 2014Beef Pho(small) with Rainbow Roll Sushi and Fried California Roll and Fried Shrimp. Pho could have been a bit better. Awesome combination though! Pho and sushi!!!
Don’t know about the food but the service is awful and rude. Called ahead to make sure they were open. Arrived 20 min prior to close and 5 min after we called. Rude staff member let us know that he didn’t want us there and didn’t want to work.
I didn’t like my experience here. The sushi was not very good and the service was absolutely horrible. I truly don’t consider myself a difficult customer and hardly create problems for anyone. As a 2nd generation Asian American, I understand that you can maybe get through some days with little English, but if you’re going to open a restaurant at least hire people that speak English. I found myself having a complicated time trying to simply communicate with the waiters and waitresses. They only knew how to speak Korean, and it seemed like they only felt like serving Koreans.. So when we got to the restaurant, we got seated pretty quickly and started to look at the menu, no one came back to try and check on us to see if we were ready to order. No one even asked us if we wanted to order any drinks… When we were ready, I had to raise my hand at a waiter for a good minute before I got his attention and finally got to order. Once we got the food, my friends and I were confused as to which rolls were whose. The server just dropped the plates on the table and left. The sushi rolls were questionable since majority of their sushi rolls look alike.. Unfortunately, I got the California Tempura and Calamari Tempura. They tasted the exact same and looked extremely similar to one another. The texture of the sushi was really weird and it tasted like warm bread. Not even sushi.. Just warm bread. I was hoping to cover the bland taste with soy sauce and wasabi, but even the wasabi didn’t have much flavor, so I was at lost. Once I got done eating, I sat there hoping that a server might come by and hand us our checks, but no. I sat there for another 4 minutes with my hand fully raised to get the attention of a waiter that didn’t even speak English… After a little bit, my friends and finally got our checks. Tipping them badly was so tempting, but no. I left them a 20% tip regardless. They didn’t deserve it, but whatever… At least they got the food to the table.. The food was also cheap, so that made it a little bit better. I don’t think I’m coming back.. I would have wanted to maybe give the other sushi a try, but I rather not frustrate myself with the bad service again. I would say the only reason I survived my experience at this restaurant was because I had Korean friends. If not, it would have been a worse experience. If you’re a non-Korean American coming to eat here, make sure you bring a Korean translator along with you or else it’s going to be a long day.
Fantastic Pho. Perfectly seasoned broth and plenty of meat. This is my new go to for Pho. Have also tried spicy scallop and volcano. Yum!
